House rules

Living well during your stay

Welcome to our home. We kindly ask you to treat the space and each other with care and respect, so everyone feels safe and at home. • No loud music after 22:00 — keeping it calm for you and the neighbouring bungalows. • Smoke only outside, at a distance from the bungalow. • Burn only firewood in the fireplace or fire pit. • Leave the bungalow tidy; please report any damage right away. • For added security, access cameras are installed at the entrances.

Safety

What to know about the hot tub and surroundings

The hot tub or bubble bath has no fence or lock. Always keep small children supervised around it. Nearby ponds and waterways are lovely to explore, but stay alert. A climbing and play structure is on the property for young and old. Use it at your own risk and stay close to small children.

Cancellation

Clear cancellation terms

Up to 14 days before arrival you may cancel free of charge — the full amount is refunded. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival are non-refundable. The administration fee is non-refundable after 24 hours, regardless of whether you use or cancel the booking.
